Max’s Taphouse can be found in the historic waterfront neighborhood of Fells Point in Baltimore, Maryland. Since the 1800’s the building has served in various capacities as restaurant, boardinghouse, brothel, and chicken slaughterhouse. It became Max’s Taphouse in 1986 and today it is best know for it’s huge selection of draft, cask, and bottled beers.
Encounters with ghosts and spirits include floating bottles, footsteps, apparitions of a woman on the second floor and headless chickens in the basement.
Location: 737 South Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231
